The electrolysis corrosion pictured below was caused by electrolysis. All electrolysis is eliminated with the SeaBis System.

However the same effect has many causes.
Where electrolysis exhibits a gray coating, then electrolysis is flowing in two directions, at different times.
The SeaBis System makes all wet fittings, the hull / engine etc. electrically open circuit.

CB Transceiver Antenna. This is very common on trailer and houseboats. The metal base on the antenna conducts the coaxial cable screen - the outer woven conductor - to the metal antenna base. The screen connects to the body of the transceiver. The body is connected to DC (battery) negative. Just isolating the antenna from the hull will downgrade the antenna's performance as it is designed to be mounted to metal and uses that metal as half of the antenna.
