The SeaBis System Guarantee...
After 15 years of development and trials on over 220 vessels, followed by another 240 vessels over 2 years, we confidently guarantee the SeaBis System will protect everything from the propeller on your fiberglass boat to the aluminum or steel of your hull from electrolysis (rust) corrosion. We have had no claims in our 17 years.

Podean Electronic Industries Pty Ltd warranty the SeaBis Electrolysis System for a period of two years. Try the SeaBis System for one year (time to prove the SeaBis System works), complete our Process of Elimination Instructions, and if you have any doubt contact us. We will resolve that doubt or guarantee to refund the money paid to Podean Electronic Industries Pty Ltd.

1.   Hard wire one SeaBis to each independent source of DC (battery) power. Normally one SeaBis only. More detail at How Many SeaBis and with Process of Elimination Instructions.
Explanation:
Each independent alternator / battery bank is an individual source of the stray current that causes electrolysis corrosion.  Prove them ALL electrolysis free.

Also many causes are only visible when equipment is fully operational. One cause, missed during initial tests is more than enough to cause electrolysis. Eliminate all causes by hard wiring SeaBis.

Also 80% of vessels cleared of electrolysis, will experience a new cause within a year:
Replaced or new equipment or a defect such as a VHF antenna that communicates perfectly but causes electrolysis. Wiper motors, starter motors and alternators generate carbon dust.  New causes are easily eliminated.

2.  Follow Process of Elimination Instructions, supplied with SeaBis.
The reason is the Process of Elimination Instructions, have been developed using 17 years of experience on over 460 vessels.

If you have any difficulty then contact us. Online advise is included in the purchase price of the SeaBis System.

The SeaBis System Guarantee is only effective when SeaBis indicates Normal at all times. Normal means no damaging electrolysis corrosion. And Process of Elimination Instructions have been completed.

TheSeaBis traffic light system with Process of Elimination Instructions eliminates electrolysis corrosion.

Caution a very low level of electrolysis will be barely visible in 1 year.

Normal It is absolutely safe. No electrolysis is occurring.

Serious electrolysis will be visible in
6 months
Flashing Critical electrolysis will be visible in 3 months

How Do We Do It?
The SeaBis System uses a microprocessor to identify the causes then Process of Elimination instructions, make all wet fittings electrically open circuit. In Home terms we pull the electrical plug out of the socket. Now no electrolysis can flow. Your vessel and equipment are immune.

How Do I Use SeaBis?
SeaBis is connected to the battery and wet metal - the engine or hull. The lights indicate the level of electrolysis. Wires are disconnected until SeaBis indicates Normal. Once identified, Process of Elimination instructions, supplied with SeaBis complete the process.

How Many SeaBis Do I Need?
Most vessels need only one SeaBis. Where one engine can connect to any number of batteries/banks then one SeaBis is adequate. Two totally independent engines - two SeaBis. A Surveyor, Electrician or for a entire Marina - for initial overview - one portable SeaBis.

Remember: One wire as thick as a human hair carries 0.1 amp. This is vastly greater than the stray current that will cause visible electrolysis in 3 months. So use SeaBis to eliminate every cause - including the Cabin wiring. Click How Many SeaBis do I need.
