The SeaBis unit is a current meter run by a microprocessor to provide the accuracy and safety. Try for yourself, disconnect the sense - green/yellow wire and you break the electrolysis circuit into SeaBis. If there is no electrolysis SeaBis will indicate Normal. When the electrolysis is too low a level to create electrolysis corrosion then SeaBis indicates Normal.

How Do I Use SeaBis?
SeaBis is a tool to identify the causes of electrolysis that create corrosion. The SeaBis System completes the process. Basically: Equipment is disconnected until SeaBis indicates Normal. The last equipment disconnected was causing electrolysis. Once identified, Process of Elimination instructions, supplied with SeaBis complete the process. One method is to disconnect equipments at the common connection bar - usually a brass strip with holes and screws where all battery negatives are joined.

My Electrolysis Blocker does not work... Electricity authorities are paralleling the mains power supply earth and neutral. So the neutral shorts the Electrolysis Blocker - it has no benefit what so ever. How about the Neutral and Active wires? The battery negative is connected 24 hours, every day. Shore power is not. If I remove all power, that will fix it... The seabed is at 1 volt and your vessel at 12 or 24! How about your bilge pump, fridge or any boat moored within at least 100 meters?
