3. A test lamp, portable or those in Distribution Boxes, at 24 volts DC draws 1 amp. To produce any luminance, visible even in the dark, the lamp must draw vastly greater electricity than will cause visible corrosion within 3 months. The Test Lamp is worse than useless.

My Electrolysis Blocker does not work... Electricity authorities are paralleling the mains power supply earth and neutral. So the neutral shorts the Electrolysis Blocker - it has no benefit what so ever. How about the Neutral and Active wires? The battery negative is connected 24 hours, every day. Shore power is not.
